I continue to be unsure of whether my chosen approach to this assignment, identity and self-identity, is the right one. I have photographed four of the eleven people I want to include and am happy with the images. I have selected a final image for three of the ubjects and am waiting for them to foward me their text. At this stage I’m still not sure how to present the work but for now I am just concentrating on capturing the remaining images.

Above is one of the images I am thinking of using, this is one of two images of my brother that I have to choose from.

I am still not totally sure of my choice for this assignment and one of the other ideas I am toying with is to explore place instead of identity. One of the areas that interests me is the expansion of the Cambridge and the development of the southern edge of the city. I plan to take some photographs of this part ofthe city to see if it is something I should consider for this assignment in place of my current approach.
